A massive demolition of a kidnapper’s dens and houses by the Imo state government has led to the destruction of one of the dens which housed an APC chieftain who was abducted and murdered in cold blood by the suspected kidnappers in the Mgbidi area of the state.

According to reports, Mgbidi residents were shocked when security operatives numbering more than 45 with Hilux vehicles and heavy machines stormed the communities to destroy the houses of kidnappers said to be kingpins in the crime industry.

It was gathered that the families of the suspects were said to have been evacuated by the time the bulldozers reached the location.
