Let us take you through a timeline of Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill's relationship, from their flirty tweets back in 2010 to their official status today.

1. When did Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill first get together?

It's never been clear exactly when the too first hooked up, or even when they first became friends. But the first public interaction between Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill was on Twitter in 2009. A year later, they were regularly joking around with one another.

2. Back in 2010, even when Nicki was taken, Meek made his feelings for her clear.

Five years later, it kind of paid off.

3. Some say he might have taken his tweets a little too far though...

4. Meek Mill openly said he loves Nicki Minaj in his 'Miss Me' lyrics.

Meek rapped; "I love Nicki Minaj, I swear ya'll I admit it/ I hope one day I can f**k her just to say I f**king hit it."

5. In 2011, they both performed at DJ Khaled's 'NBA All-Star Welcome To My Hood' in LA.

Meek tweeted that he was impressed with Nicki's performance.

6. In early 2013 Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill started appearing in a few Instagram photos together.

7. Later that year Nicki featured on two tracks on Meek Mill's 'Dreamchasers 3' Mixtape.

Which explained the photos of the two of them in the studio together!

8. After 10 years together, In November 2014, Nicki Minaj split from Safaree Samuels.

12. Suddenly, Nicki and Meek were starting to post tons of photos of themselves together again.

14. In a February 2015 interview, Vogue asked Nicki the question we all want to know the answer to.

Vogue asked: "People are saying that you two are dating. Is he a part of the fun you’re having?" and Nicki replied: "Sometimes we hang out, and when we hang out, we have fun. [laughs] This is what I want to say about him: People think for some strange reason that we just started becoming friends recently. We’ve been friends for a very, very long time, and he’s been around for a lot of things that I’ve gone through. And that’s all I’ll say about that."

15. But just a month later, at his concert, Meek Mill told everyone otherwise.

The rapper announced to a 20,000 strong crowd that he managed to bag Nicki because he's from Philly!

16. Then, Nicki Minaj brought Meek Mill out as a surprise guest at her Paris show.

18. It's official - Nicki Minaj announced that Meek Mill will be supporting her on Tour.

19. This April 2015 Meek Mill finally confirmed what we all already knew.

He shared this photo on Instagram and wrote; "Find a woman that you think is strong enough 2 help you takeover the world!" The hashtags he used to accompany the image include 'richatheartandatpocket' and 'imlucky.'

20. Are Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill engaged?

They may have only been dating a matter of months, but earlier this year it looked like Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill were engaged. The 'Anaconda' rapper posted a series of tweets and Instagram posts (including one of a ring) that certainly suggested they were set to tie the knot. Weirdly, just weeks later the couple said they weren't engaged. Are they playing us all?

21. Nicki Minaj goes quiet during Meek Mill's beef with Drake.

For months, Meek Mill and Drake went in on each other in a series of tweets and freestyles... Drizzy even rapped on 'Back To Back' "Is that a world tour or your girls tour?"
