Khloe Kardashian for the first time has revealed her baby bump since she announced that she was expecting a baby.The beautiful reality show star, took to her Instagram page where she posted a picture of herself and her boyfriend and NBA star, Tristan Thompson showing the already protruding belly.”My greatest dream realized! We are having a baby! I had been waiting and wondering but God had a plan all along. He knew what He was doing. I simply had to trust in Him and be patient.
